Prices:
Low season: November to April 650 Euros / £600
Mid season: May, October 850 Euros / £750
High season: June, September 1,050 Euros / £950
Peak season: July to August 1,250 Euros / £1,150
Notes:
- Rental periods normally run from Saturday to Saturday but other arrival
and departure dates may be facilitated in low or mid season - Check in time is after 3pm on day of arrival, checkout time
before 10am on day of departure - Keys will be handed over on arrival at Pont Royal by a representative
of the owner - The following are included within the price: water and electricity
(under normal conditions of use) plus use of one complete
set of bed-linen, towels and tea-towels - Mid-stay linen and towel changes are available for stays of two or more
weeks but must be arranged in advance (supplementary charge)
Deposit:
Booking deposit of 25% will be required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your date of arrival. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
A refundable security deposit of 300 Euros / £250 is required at the time of booking. It will be refunded after deducting any possible damage to the premises.
